We’re always looking for creatives who care deeply about craftsmanship, clarity, and meaningful experiences. At Bibty Design, you’ll work on diverse projects, learn from passionate teammates, and grow in a supportive environment that values your ideas.
Contribute to early design thinking: gather inspiration, build mood boards, sketch options, and translate the brief into clear, compelling concepts that set the tone for the project.
Turn measurements and constraints into efficient, people-friendly layouts. Test circulation, zoning, and adjacencies to balance function, flow, and aesthetics.
Research and specify finishes, fixtures, and furniture that fit the concept, budget, and performance needs. Coordinate samples, track lead times, and compile neat FF&E schedules.
Create clear client-ready decks and boards with diagrams, drawings, and rationale. Tell the story behind the design so stakeholders can understand, give feedback, and approve with confidence.
Assist in conceptualisation, space planning, material selection, and presenting design ideas. Great for someone who loves turning ideas into beautiful, functional spaces.
Turn measurements and constraints into efficient, people-friendly layouts. Test circulation, zoning, and adjacencies to balance function, flow, and aesthetics.
Own the schedule and critical path. Keep milestones visible, chase dependencies, surface risks early, and make sure the right tasks happen at the right time.
Be the main contact for vendors: request quotes, raise POs, confirm specs, and track deliveries. Maintain a clean log of pricing, lead times, and changes to protect the budget.
Coordinate site access and weekly updates. Align trades, manage snag lists through to sign-off, and ensure installations match drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
